This is a deposit only for holding your spot in our next round of steers. Once paid, we will contact you and help you fill out your cut sheet for the beef.
You can expect approximately 180-200 pounds of beef in the freezer. We pay the processing and the handling etc. No hidden fees or upcharges. The balance due will be $2000 upon pickup.
This beef all comes from a single ranch in Eastern New Mexico, is grassfed, grain finished for at least 75 days, and is some of the best quality beef you can buy. Once we have a slaughter date we will let you know when to expect pickup for your 1/2 beef.
