You can expect approximately 90-100 pounds of beef in the freezer. We pay the processing and the handling etc. No hidden fees or upcharges. The balance due will be $1000.00 upon pickup.
This beef all comes from a single ranch in Eastern New Mexico, is grassfed, grain finished for at least 75 days, and is some of the best quality beef you can buy. Once we have a slaughter date we will let you know when to expect pickup for your ¼ beef.
